UP Beta Version

Policy Revision

I’ve been thinking more about the Knight theme policy recently and have come to the conclusion that there should be as little restrictions as possible on the theme. Some of the bugs that are now fixed were: post dates displayed incorrectly, no favicon or rss support, date box style width fixed, chat line as inline-block, and a few more little things.
